DATA SECURITY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION SECURITY

MY DIET MILL treats customer data as private business information.

5.1 Access Control

Access to customer and order information should be limited to authorized personnel and systems that require the information for legitimate operational purposes.

5.2 Authentication

Private administrative or delivery functions may use authentication controls such as passwords, authentication credentials and other security controls, session-based access, expiry and other security controls.

5.3 Order Security

Order and delivery verification functions may include server-side validation, rate limiting, duplicate-request protection and status checks.

5.4 Delivery PIN Security

Where a Delivery PIN is issued:

• it should be kept confidential;

• it should be used only for authorized delivery verification;

• it should not be posted publicly;

• customers should not share it with unknown persons.

5.5 Unauthorized Access

Customers must immediately contact MY DIET MILL if they believe an Order ID, Delivery PIN, device, account, email or other order-related credential has been misused.

5.6 No Absolute Guarantee

Although reasonable security safeguards are used, no website, database, communication system or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
